San Marino Retirement Community, located in Westminster, Colorado is currently seeking an experienced QMAP to join our team as Shift Supervisor.

Shift Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing/delivering medications for residents

• Administering various types of medication throughout the day

• Recording every dose of medication administered

• Observing residents to look for changes

• Notifying nurses about changes or medical issues with residents

• In the abscence of the RN or RCC, lead during emergencies

• Train new wellness team members

• Maintain team accountability to ensure all tasks are complete at the end of the shift

• Following all safety protocols

• On-Call responsibilities for wellness team

QMAP skills and qualifications:

• Written and verbal communication skills

• Strong computer skills

• Strong attention to detail

• First aid and CPR certification

• Knowledge of medical terminology and conditions

• Ability to prepare medication doses accurately

• Patient, calm demeanor

• Strong problem-solving skills

Wage negotiable based on proven experince: $24.00-$26.00
