UniversaCare is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and AIdriven Chief of Staff to partner with our COO and CEO. This role is the heartbeat of our leadership team—driving priorities, streamlining operations, and leading crossfunctional projects that fuel growth and innovation.

We’re looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fastpaced environment, embraces technology, and sees AI as a tool to transform workflows, reporting, and communication across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with executive leadership to align priorities and drive accountability

• Lead crossdepartmental projects and operational initiatives

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into daily operations

• Support recruitment, compliance, and care coordination teams to scale efficiency

• Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring smooth execution of company goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in operations, project management, or executive support

• Healthcare/home care industry experience strongly preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills

• Handson experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and productivity tech

• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
