Customer Service Representative

Position Overview: We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a full-time position in Pompano Beach, FL. This is a great long-term opportunity with the potential for conversion to a permanent role. We’re looking for dependable, professional candidates with strong communication and computer skills.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Full-time, on-site position

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information and high-quality customer support.
• Perform data entry and maintain records with a high level of accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management.
• Use Microsoft Office and Outlook to manage communications and documentation.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Clear and strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Reliable and dependable work ethic
• Must have a clear background (background check required)
• Must have previous customer service or administrative experience 
• Must pass an assessment test evaluating: *Typing speed and accuracy *Data entry skills *Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency

Assessment Requirement: All candidates must successfully complete the assessment test before the interview process.
