Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled GPN to join our dedicated team at Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized nursing care to residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, and administering medications and treatments

• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, and communicate effectively with families and caregivers

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care and services provided

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements
