Position Summary:
A Baltimore Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest standards of care. The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality outcomes, and leading quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all nursing operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient delivery of patient care services
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes, maintaining high standards of care and ensuring that our center meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and budgets, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills to optimize resources and achieve operational excellence
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care
• Mentor and develop nursing staff, fostering a culture of growth, development, and teamwork

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Maryland, with prior experience as a Director of Nursing or in a leadership role in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Strong regulatory knowledge, with expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and other relevant regulations
• Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of success in driving quality outcomes and improving operations
