Join the Sweetwater Care team as a Regional AR and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our organization. As a Regional AR, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function for a designated region, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate financial records.

About the Role:

As a Regional AR, you will be expected to:

• Manage the accounts receivable process for a designated region, including tracking and following up on outstanding invoices, and resolving any billing discrepancies

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Analyze and resolve billing issues, working closely with the client services team to ensure accurate and efficient resolution

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, spreadsheets, and databases

• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors

What We Offer:

• Compensation: $90,000- $110,000 per year (to be discussed during the interview process)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets (such as Microsoft Excel)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (or equivalent experience)
