About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Spring Creek Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents under the supervision of our licensed nurses. Your duties will include:

• Providing vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing staff
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting residents with mobility and ambulation
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to our patients and residents, prioritizing their comfort, safety, and well-being
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment through teamwork and communication
