Position Type: Part Time 20-25 hours a week

Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to maximize each resident’s potential
Monitor progress and adjust interventions to achieve the best possible outcomes
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive resident care
Educate residents, families, and staff on treatment strategies, communication techniques, and swallowing safety
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in good standing
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric care preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
