Responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing operations within the facility

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory guidelines

• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff

• Monitor quality assurance and clinical outcomes

• Collaborate with administration and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain survey readiness and implement corrective action plans as needed

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflows

• Promote a positive and patient-centered care environment

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required

• Prior experience as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of SNF regulations and compliance standards

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage clinical operations effectively in a fast-paced environment
