Astra ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) -Billingual to join our team of dedicated professionals in providing exceptional ABA therapy services to children in the Cape Fear area of North Carolina. As a BCBA at Astra ABA, you will play a vital role in empowering young minds to flourish and reach their full potential.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced BCBA to lead our ABA therapy teams and develop individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, deficits, and needs of each client

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans to address client goals and objectives

• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment plans

• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in ABA and autism treatment

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)

• Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities

• Experience with ABA therapy and treatment planning

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

$80 000 - $120 000 anually
