Heritage Pointe Rehab and Nursing in Doylestown, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our Overnight Shift to join our long-term care team.

Shifts:

7:00am-3:00pm Part Time

3:00pm-11:00pm Part Time

Responsibilities:

·         Provide nursing care to long-term care residents

·         Administer medications and treatments as ordered

·         Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams

·         Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards

Requirements:

·         Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

·         Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

·         New LPNs welcome – training and orientation provided
