Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral therapy plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and need, and develop strategies to address them

• Provide ongoing coaching and support to families and caregivers to ensure successful implementation of therapy plans

• Collaborate with other Pivotal Parenting team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy activities

• Stay current with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and evidence-based therapies
