Position Overview

A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Bennington, VT is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its nursing team.

Earn up to $6,000 per month while taking on a leadership-focused role within a supportive clinical environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LPN with long-term care experience who is ready to take on additional responsibility and help lead clinical operations during the overnight shift.

The facility is a 90-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center offering specialized services, including memory care and advanced neurological support.

LPN Requirements

• Active Vermont LPN license

• Minimum 1 year of long-term care (SNF) experience

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

• Reliable and compassionate approach to resident care

LPNs licensed in New York or Massachusetts are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff during the shift

• Assist with oversight of LPN and CNA performance

• Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and emergency situations

• Administer medications and follow physician orders

• Complete accurate clinical documentation

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Communicate important clinical updates to the appropriate members of the care team

• Serve as a key clinical point of contact during overnight hours

• Maintain high standards of resident care and safety
