Multiple Full-Time RN Supervisor Opportunities Available!

Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated, experienced, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors to join our clinical leadership team. We have three RN Supervisor openings available across our evening and 12-hour day and night shifts.

Available Positions & Shifts

• RN Supervisor – Evening Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

• RN Supervisor Weekend-Day Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

• RN Supervisor – Weekend-Night Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

Position Summary

The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, supporting and supervising nursing staff, promoting quality resident care, and ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and facility policies. This role serves as a key clinical resource for nursing staff, residents, and families while helping maintain a safe, efficient, and supportive care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

• Oversee the delivery of safe, compassionate, and resident-centered care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.

• Monitor residents' conditions, identify changes in health status, and ensure timely clinical intervention and communication.

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff in addressing resident care concerns and emergencies.

• Ensure accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.

• Support admissions, discharges, transfers, and care coordination as needed.

• Coordinate staffing assignments and promote efficient nursing department operations.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Help maintain compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and infection prevention standards.

• Participate in quality assurance, performance improvement, and resident safety initiatives.

• Promote teamwork, accountability, and professional development among nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania required.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

• Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or nursing leadership experience strongly preferred.

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), rehabilitation center, or long-term care setting preferred.

• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
