Pay: $297 per 12-Hour Overnight Shift

Job Description:

SYNERGY HomeCare of Silicon Valley, award winning company of "Provider of Choice" and "Employer of Choice", is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to provide care for memory care/dementia patients in a supportive, home-based setting. This is a specific opportunity servicing our client with Dementia and Physical limitations in the South Bay.

Duties include:

• Personal Care

• Feeding and light food prep

• Engaging client

• Taking notes and communicating with client's family and support team

• Maintaining

What We’re Looking For:

• Kind, engaging, and reliable individuals

• Experienced working with seniors with dementia

• Strong personal care skills (ADLs)

• Strong communication skills and able to take accurate care notes

• Registered as a Home Care Aide (HCA) with the State of California.
