Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance and excellence

Qualifications:

• Previous Unit Manager or nursing leadership experience preferred

• LTC/SNF experience required
