Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time

Location: Grayville, Illinois
Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time Night Shift

Job Summary
We are hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) in Illinois to join our team at a Haven Healthcare–affiliated skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Grayville. This role is ideal for RNs seeking consistent scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities (RN Duties)

• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting

• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered

• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans

• Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs

• Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies

• Respond to changes in condition and provide clinical leadership during shifts

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license (required)

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred

• Ability to work every other weekend

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Dependable, organized, and patient-focused
