About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) at Silvis Center Rehab and Care, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify strengths and weaknesses

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patients' goals and improve their quality of life

• Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, activities, and interventions designed to enhance patients' skills and abilities

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and seamless communication

• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop effective treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans to meet the changing needs of patients
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in occupational therapy
