About the Role:

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and treatment plans for residents with speech and language disorders

• Developing and implementing individualized therapy programs to promote independence, communication, and swallowing

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for our residents

• Providing ongoing support and education to family members and caregivers

• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in speech language pathology
