• Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and playing games
• Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care such as bathing and dressing (as needed)
• Support clients with medication reminders, appointment scheduling, and transportation (as needed)
• Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate with family members and caregivers as needed
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in the well-being of clients and a commitment to providing exceptional care
