As an On Call Home Caregiver with Right at Home Cleveland West, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to those in need of support. Our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive care services, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care services like bathing and dressing. With your passion for ensuring the well-being of our clients, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Provide reliable and flexible on-call support to ensure our clients receive consistent care
• Develop strong relationships with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals, manage medications, and perform light housekeeping tasks
• Engage in meaningful conversations, play games, and provide companionship to alleviate social isolation
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients to ensure seamless care transitions
