Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated On-Call Caregiver to join our team at Right at Home Cleveland West in Avon, Ohio. As an On-Call Caregiver, you will provide in-home care and assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes, while also supporting our clients' independence and well-being. Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care and assistance to clients, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other caregivers
• Assess and record client needs and progress, and communicate effectively with the care team and client families
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in caregiving
• Demonstrate a commitment to our company values, including empathy, compassion, and respect for our clients and their families
