• Provide clinical leadership to our interdisciplinary care team, including registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, and certified nursing assistants

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals

• Oversee staff education and training, ensuring that all employees are equipped to provide high-quality care

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including HIPAA and survey readiness

• Collaborate with other departments, including administration, social services, and activities, to coordinate patient care and services

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the State of Texas
