About the Role:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and workload management.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as medicine and rehabilitation, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality patient care and efficiency in the nursing department.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role or as a charge nurse.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire nursing staff.

• Excellent clinical skills, with the ability to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
