We are seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian to join our team at Harbor Village Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in New London, Connecticut. About the Role:

In this part-time position, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting Nutritional Assessments and developing personalized care plans for our residents

• Providing dietary counseling and education to residents, families, and caregivers

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement nutrition-focused care plans

• Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of resident nutrition care and services

• Staying up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in nutrition care to ensure optimal resident outcomes
