What You'll Do

As a COTA, you will:

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Help residents improve independence with activities of daily living, mobility, strength, coordination, and functional skills

• Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each resident's goals

• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Complete accurate and timely documentation using Net Health

• Build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their progress and quality of life

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Current or eligible Pennsylvania COTA license

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care

• SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but not required

• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
