RN Supervisor – Beechwood Health & Rehabilitation Center – New London, CT

Beechwood Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor 11-7 including every other weekend to lead our clinical team. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to nursing staff during the day shift

• Support, mentor, and guide CNAs and nurses to ensure high‑quality resident care

• Conduct rounds, monitor resident status, and respond to changes in condition

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and families

• Maintain accurate documentation and promote a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Connecticut

• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to multitask and manage clinical priorities
