Location: Manderley Health Care Center – Osgood, Indiana

Manderley Health Care Center, located in beautiful Osgood, Indiana, is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN or Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team.

Position Details

• PRN or part time role with 10–20 hours per week, with additional hours available as needed for PTO or leave coverage.

• Flexibility and consistency are both valued—ideal for therapists looking to maintain a regular schedule while providing occasional coverage.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

• Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

• Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathology License in good standing.
