Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their homes, supporting their daily living needs while promoting independence, dignity, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers using proper techniques
- Knowledge of Hoyer lift and slide board
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Follow all care plans, safety protocols, and agency policies
Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification in Colorado
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
