Job Summary

As a Bilingual Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one care to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, managing medications, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment. Your expertise in bilingual communication will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and families with diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications and treatments as directed
• Assist with meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping
• Promote client safety and independence by ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment
• Communicate with clients and families in their native language, ensuring effective understanding and compliance with care plans
• Maintain accurate records of client care, including service logs and medication schedules

Requirements

• Bilingual in [French/ Spanish] and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
