About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

Leading and participating in shift reports, rounds, and care conferences to ensure accurate and timely communication

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, medication administration, and test results

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania

Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
