What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat residents to enhance daily living skills, fine motor function, and cognitive abilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans focused on independence and empowerment

• Collaborate closely with nursing and rehab team members

• Document progress clearly and celebrate every small victory

What You Bring:

• Active Arkansas OT license

• Strong clinical and communication skills
