We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a leading provider of post-acute care in Vestal, New York. As a Physical Therapist at our center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being through evidence-based therapies.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients with a variety of diagnoses and conditions

• Conducting physical therapy sessions, including but not limited to exercises, stretches, and modalities

• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

• Providing education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and strategies

• Collaborating with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and promote patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist licensure in the state of New York

• 2 years of experience in a post-acute care setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work Monday through Friday in a fast-paced environment
