Nursing Scheduler - Havertown, PA

Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 110-bed skilled rehabilitation and nursing facility in Havertown, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Scheduler to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Nursing Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling staff to meet the needs of our facility, ensuring labor requirements and payroll deadlines are met, and monitoring overtime, open shifts, and daily, weekly, and monthly schedules. You will also work closely with our nursing management team to review paid time off requests and position vacancies. Prior healthcare staffing experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule staff to meet the needs of the facility
• Ensure labor requirements and payroll deadlines are met
• Monitor overtime, open shifts, and daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
• Work closely with nursing management team to review paid time off requests and position vacancies
• Review position vacancies and maintain knowledge of excel spreadsheets

Requirements:

• Experience in a staffing role for a Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facility
