We are currently seeking a talented Staffing Coordinator to join our nursing home team.
The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for creating and maintaining nursing department schedules, tracking attendance, and coordinating with HR to ensure policies are administered fairly. Additional duties include monitoring daily PPD, minimizing overtime, managing agency staff when necessary, and providing accurate staffing reports to the DON.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Experience as a staffing coordinator in a long-term care setting.
- Proficiency with computers, payroll, and minor HR functions.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication skills.
The salary for this position is based on experience and includes incentive bonuses.
