Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - North Easton, Massachusetts

We are seeking full-time and per diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide exceptional care to our residents. Southeast is a 171-bed skilled nursing facility. Hourly rate up to $45 with weekly pay.

Job Summary:

As a PTA, you will assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will also participate in clinical program development and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the provision of direct patient treatments in accordance with an established plan of care

• Contribute to the team meeting and decision-making process

• Consult with patients, residents, and caregivers

• Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis

• Document activities according to our clinical documentation system

• Participate in clinical program development and implementation

• Demonstrate continuous new learning to remain current in the field

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program

• CEU's per state licensure requirements

• Current licensure by the applicable state agency where required

• Prior clinical experience preferred but not required

• Newly licensed therapists welcome!
