A skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate daily nursing staff schedules

• Maintain appropriate staffing levels based on census and facility needs

• Fill open shifts and call-offs

• Communicate with CNAs, RNs and LPNs regarding schedules

• Maintain accurate staffing records and schedules

• Assist with staffing needs, coverage and scheduling changes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous healthcare staffing or scheduling experience preferred

• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of CNA, RN and LPN staffing requirements a plus
