Job Summary:

As a Dietary Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care through exceptional food service. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of dietary staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning

• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our patients

• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and sanitation regulations

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for our patients

• Conduct routine quality control checks to ensure high-quality food service

• Maintain accurate records of patient meals and nutrition intake

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a dietary kitchen or related field

• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
