Licensed Practical Nurse

About Us:

Milton Nursing & Rehab - now under new ownership – is a 138 bed long term care facility. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing nursing team. The LPN will provide high-quality, recovery-focused care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor patient vitals, assess condition changes, and document in EHR systems.

• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs), including feeding, bathing, dressing, and hygiene.

• Supervise and support CNAs in providing care.

• Communicate with residents, family members, and medical staff regarding care plans.

   

Qualifications:

• Active LPN License in Pennsylvania. Required.

• Current BLS/CPR Certification. Required.

• Prior experience in long-term care or nursing homes is preferred.

Benefits: - $3,500 Sign on Bonus
