About the Role:

• Prepare and cook appetizing and nutritious meals for our patients, using high-quality ingredients and innovative culinary techniques

• Collaborate with our dietary team to develop menus that cater to our patients' cultural and culinary preferences

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards

• Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, families, and healthcare teams

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for patients with varying dietary needs and restrictions, including special diets and special occasions

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory of food, supplies, and equipment

• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and workstations to maintain a high level of hygiene and sanitation

• Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to meet our high standards of quality and presentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or related field
