Job Summary:

South Mountain Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals in Boonsboro, Maryland. As a Physical Therapist with our center, you'll have the opportunity to design high-level therapy programs that help our guests regain strength, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized therapy programs to help guests achieve their goals

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify treatment needs

• Develop and maintain effective therapy plans, including discharge planning to ensure ongoing care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy

• Valid State License

• Ability to lift 75 pounds

• Passion for helping people recover and regain their independence

Additional Information:

• Competitive hourly rate of $42-$50

• $3,500 Sign on Bonus!

• Minimum 1 year of experience
