Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team at NuChoice Health Partners in Sharpsville, PA. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Prepare and cook meals

• Provide medication reminders

• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients

• Assist with mobility exercises

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient well-being

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

• Document tasks completed and time in and out

Needed Skills:

• Basic Housekeeping

• Cooking

• Bathing patients

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patient care

• Willingness to learn and adapt to different healthcare settings

Work Environment:

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
