Position Overview:
The Monarch at Brooklyn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is currently hiring a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Weekend Supervisor. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting and is passionate about delivering excellent resident care while supporting nursing staff during weekend shifts.

Key Duties:

• Provide leadership and oversight to nursing staff throughout weekend shifts
• Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and compliant resident care
• Act as the primary clinical point of contact for staff, residents, and families
• Monitor and support medication administration and treatment procedures
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes
• Handle urgent clinical situations and provide direction as needed
• Review documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
• Previous supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
