Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals following recipes and dietary guidelines

• Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards

• Collaborate with dietary staff to meet resident needs

• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and inspection-ready

• Monitor inventory and minimize waste

• Assist with special diets (low-sodium, diabetic-friendly, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Cooking experience preferred (healthcare or institutional a plus)

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
