Activities Aide

Mason Healthcare Center is looking for a dependable and energetic Activities Aide to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with seniors and creating a positive, engaging environment for residents.

Schedule:

• Evenings: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Every other weekend: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and leading activities for residents

• Encourage resident participation and social interaction

• Help with games, crafts, entertainment, and group activities

• Build positive relationships with residents

• Assist with special events and celebrations

• Help create a fun, welcoming environment

• Maintain a safe and organized activities area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred

• Activities or recreation experience preferred

• Friendly, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
