About the Role:

As a Healthcare Admission Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the admission process for patients, ensuring a smooth transition into our facility. Your duties will include:

• Coordinating patient admissions, transfers, and discharges in a timely and efficient manner

• Verifying patient information, insurance coverage, and medical history

• Collaborating with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and care

• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and files

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction surveys

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred

• 2 Minimum Years of Experience] in healthcare administration or related field
