Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care and effective communication

• Implement occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and techniques, to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life

• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in occupational therapy (new grads welcome to apply!)

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
