Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist with Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation, you will join a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional, cost-effective, family-focused care to individuals of all ages within the community. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical function and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being

• Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercise programs, gait training, and prosthetic training

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination

• Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers on proper techniques, exercises, and self-care strategies

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records

• Participate in regular team conferences to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Florida

• Experience working with a diverse patient population, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and adults

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
