Home Health Aide (HHA) Hoyer Lift Experience Required

Care Connect at Home is a family-owned home care agency serving seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home. We’re growing and looking for reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs who want flexible work and consistent support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Meal prep and feeding assistance

• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)

• Following personalized care plans

• Reporting any changes in condition to our team

What We’re Looking For

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license

• CPR certification

• Current TB test

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

• Hoyer Lift Experience*

• Ability to pass a Level II background check

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
