Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of dietary staff to ensure efficient and effective food service operations

• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our patients, including menu planning, food ordering, and inventory management

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Manage equipment, supplies, and inventory to maintain a clean and safe food service environment

• Conduct performance evaluations, provide training, and address employee concerns

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and overall care

Requirements

• Experience in food service management or a related field

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
